How Is Your Information Collected?
You Provide It to Us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily submit through our digital properties or otherwise provide to us through your interactions with our services. This includes information you enter, upload, transmit, or disclose when accessing or using our websites, mobile applications, platforms, or any other products or services we operate or make available.
Such information may be collected when you visit or browse our digital properties, create or manage an account, complete forms, subscribe to communications, initiate transactions, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with our services in any manner.
Automated Information Collection
We may associate information collected through automated means with personal information previously obtained about you in order to recognize or authenticate you as a User. Where such identification is possible, we may consolidate and correlate your activities across multiple platforms or services, including our websites, online stores, mobile applications, and other services we operate or make available. This enables the delivery of a more consistent, contextualized, and personalized experience across various points of interaction.
To support service optimization, operational management, and business analytics, we utilize automated technologies for reporting, measurement, and analysis. These technologies allow us to assess and evaluate metrics related to system performance, marketing effectiveness, user engagement, and interaction patterns across our digital properties, physical or online stores, mobile applications, advertising channels, and electronic communications, including emails.
When you access, use, or otherwise interact with our Services, we automatically collect certain information relating to your visit, usage, or interactions (collectively, “Technical Information”). This information may be gathered through automated tools such as cookies, pixels, log files, software development kits (SDKs), and similar tracking or analytics technologies.
- Log Data: This includes information automatically sent by your browser or device when you use our Services. Log Data may consist of your Internet Protocol address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and details on how you interact with our Services.
- Usage Data: We may automatically gather information regarding your use of the Services, including the types of content you view or engage with, the features you utilize, actions you take, as well as details such as your time zone, country, access dates and times, user agent and version, type of computer or mobile device, and your internet connection.

- Cookies: When you use any of our services, you agree to our use of cookies as described in this Privacy Policy. We use cookies to operate and improve our services, enhance your experience, and analyze site usage. Cookies are small data files stored on your device by your web browser when you visit a website. For more detailed information, visit www.allaboutcookies.org.
- Analytics: We may implement Analytics Mechanisms which operate through the deployment of persistent and/or session-based client-side markers. By continuing to interact with our Services, you grant permission for such data analytical practices.
Third-party Automated Collection
We, together with selected and authorized third-party service providers and technology partners (including, without limitation, analytics, advertising, customer engagement, and infrastructure vendors), may implement both client-side and server-side automated tracking technologies across our digital properties. These technologies may include cookies, software development kits (SDKs), web beacons, pixel tags, scripts, APIs, and persistent or probabilistic device, browser, or network identifiers.
Such mechanisms enable the automated, and in certain instances continuous, acquisition of interactional telemetry, behavioral signals, and contextual or environmental metadata. The information collected through these means may encompass, but is not limited to, navigation paths and clickstream activity, browser type and configuration, operating system details, access timestamps, inferred or truncated IP address data, engagement with advertisements or promotional content, device or session identifiers, and other software- or hardware-related attributes used for profiling, diagnostics, or performance analysis.
We may further permit authorized third-party entities to deploy their own proprietary tagging, tracking, or data-collection frameworks within our digital infrastructure. Data collected and processed by third-party entities is governed exclusively by their respective privacy policies, data governance practices, and compliance frameworks. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the data handling practices of such third parties, and this Privacy Policy does not extend to or regulate their independent processing activities.
By accessing or interacting with our websites, applications, or services, Users acknowledge and understand that third-party automated data collection technologies may be present and operational. Users are encouraged to review the applicable privacy notices, consent mechanisms, and opt-out options provided by such third parties to obtain detailed information regarding their data processing practices and rights under applicable data protection laws.
Social Media Widgets
Our platforms may incorporate interactive features, plug-ins, or content integrations originating from external social networking services and third-party content delivery networks, including but not limited to Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and comparable platforms. Such components may be embedded directly within our user interfaces or deployed through modular scripts that activate upon user interaction or page load.
These social media features and integrations may passively or actively collect certain user data, including, without limitation, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser and device metadata, and information relating to specific user interactions, such as page visits, button clicks, or engagement with embedded content.
In addition, these functionalities may implement their own independent tracking technologies, including cookies, pixels, and similar mechanisms, which operate separately from those managed or controlled by us. Any information collected through such technologies is processed in accordance with the privacy policies and data governance practices of the respective third-party providers.
We neither control nor assume responsibility for the data collection, use, or disclosure practices of these external platforms, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to their independent processing activities. Users are encouraged to review the privacy notices and policies of the relevant third-party services to understand the nature, scope, and legal basis of their data processing practices.

How Is Data Collected and Processed for AI Services?
As part of its ongoing commitment to innovation and computational intelligence, H9 Cybernetics collects and processes user-generated content, behavioral metadata, and interactional patterns for the explicit purpose of enhancing and training machine learning systems, generative AI models, and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
Data may be ingested through both direct user inputs and passive collection via interfaces, sensors, and service usage logs. This information may include—without limitation—textual entries, audiovisual signals, interface behavior, device identifiers, IP-based geolocation, and context-aware metrics. Once collected, such as data may be subjected to preprocessing, classification, anonymization, or transformation prior to inclusion in AI development pipelines.
H9 Cybernetics reserves the right to aggregate and synthetically model this data across distributed systems and proprietary neural frameworks. All such activities may be conducted with or without further user notification, and may support purposes including, but not limited to: predictive modeling, biometric identification, synthetic content generation, and algorithmic refinement.
By accessing or utilizing any H9 Cybernetics service or affiliated platform, you consent to the capture, repurposing, and algorithmic utilization of data for AI-related operations under frameworks that may not be subject to human review or individual correction rights. Users seeking to limit or revoke such processing are advised to discontinue use of all H Corp-affiliated systems.

Anonymized Data Collection and Retention
What We Collect
When you visit our website for the first time, we automatically collect your IP address for analytical purposes. This IP address is immediately anonymized upon collection.
Limitations of IP-Based Identification
Even before anonymization, IP addresses alone cannot precisely identify individual users because:
- Multiple users may share the same IP address (public WiFi, shared networks, family households)
- Users may access our site from different locations with different IP addresses
- IP addresses change over time (dynamic IP assignments)
- VPNs and proxies mask actual IP addresses
Data Retention and Deletion
Anonymized Data: Once your IP address is anonymized, it is retained indefinitely and cannot be deleted. Because this data is fully anonymized and cannot be linked to any individual, it does not pose any privacy risk to you.
Deletion Requests: If you submit a request to delete your IP address, we cannot fulfill this request because:
- We cannot verify which anonymized IP address belongs to you
- You may have used different networks (home WiFi, mobile data, public WiFi)
- The anonymization process is irreversible
Exception: If you voluntarily provide identifying information (such as through a contact form or account creation) that becomes linked to your IP address, and you request deletion — we will delete all associated data, including any linked IP addresses.
Purpose of Collection
We use this anonymized data solely for:
- Understanding general traffic patterns
- Analyzing geographic distribution of visitors
- Improving our website performance
- Generating aggregate statistics
